Hi, I’m Charity!

Growing up in North Georgia, my passion for food and hospitality started in the kitchen with my grandmother, who ran a Southern Fried Pie business. From those early days, I was hooked—cooking, baking, and dreaming of a career where I could share that love with others.

After earning my Bachelor of Arts from Covenant College, I began my professional journey, diving into the culinary world and never looking back. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats—from pastry chef and culinary manager to co-owner of a catering company and Director of Operations for some of LA’s top restaurants. Whether it’s developing menus, launching new concepts, or fine-tuning the guest experience, I’ve always been driven by a desire to create something special.

In 2015, I took the plunge and opened Revel Pastry Company in Chattanooga, TN, specializing in hand-crafted, seasonally inspired pastries. Revel was my canvas for blending classical techniques with modern flavors, and it eventually expanded into a retail space in Atlanta, GA.

My journey then led me to join Ellis Adams Group, where I helped develop and execute menus, streamline operations, and grow brands for multiple hospitality concepts. Most recently, I served as Director of Operations at well-known restaurant groups in Los Angeles, overseeing the business development and operations of several venues.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about building and leading strong teams, fostering creativity, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest experience. Whether it’s refining a recipe, mentoring a team, or dreaming up the next big idea, I bring dedication, creativity, and a touch of Southern hospitality to everything I do.

When I’m not immersed in work, you’ll likely find me enjoying a meal with friends, diving into the latest culinary trends, getting lost in music, or planning my next adventure.
